Where’s the best steak in Colorado Springs?
There are some good places for the beef eater here in the Springs. In somewhat of an upset, I must recommend my favorite steak in town – the Chili Rubbed Flat Iron Steak at one of our downtown’s best places – the Phantom Canyon Brewing Company.
The dish comes with Tequila Lime Shrimp and Chipotle Cheddar Mashers (excellent cheddar-mashed potatoes). It’s not even the menu’s top-priced steak, as the Cracked Pepper New York Strip (pictured) is priced a bit higher. But for my money, get your chili rubbed.
