I’m as excited as ever to celebrate 10 strong years living and working in such a lovely place. I spend lots of free time exploring nearby hiking trails and Garden of the Gods. Experience Colorado Springs at Pikes Peak, the local convention and visitors bureau, reported modest gains in its quarterly economic impact report for Jan. 1 through March 31. Because the bureau’s report measures business booked in the quarter for future dates, it’s a sign that tourism and convention business will be in good shape this summer and the rest of the year.
